We do our best to package and ship items properly and quickly.

Items are shipped USPS with tracking. All packages are insured by PBP.  If item shows delivered by USPS, we will be unable to help you, no insurance we have will cover items that have been marked as "delivered". Any other issues please contact us and we will do our best to fix it.
